Birdman, Shanell, and Mack Maine talk about Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter IV,” Nicki Minaj’s “Pink Friday,” and Drake’s second album at the BMI Urban Music Awards. On a side note, that thing Shanell wears in her nose is fucking ugly.
Lil Wayne is another one of my favorite rappers. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to blog about him very often due to the fact that he is currently in prison – meaning there isn’t much new material from him recently. However, you can read letters from him while he is locked up that somehow get posted on this website every so often. Weezy’s most recent letter is his thoughts on the power trio going to the Miami Heat.

The whole YMCMB crew was in Los Angeles a while back for the BET Awards weekend. Their official cameraman Derick G followed them around (mostly Birdman) to capture this footage. I don’t know what more to say. Just watch it.
