Listen to this entire audio recording if you have the time, if not, at least just listen to the last full minute! This is amazing – the dude was across False Creek in Vancouver recording the sound of the city and GM Place. When Canada wins gold in Mens Ice Hockey the city erupts into such cheer that as a whole it makes for a powerful noise.
My bad for not posting another update from Vancouver sooner. It has been crazy hectic here, I have never been involved in a more insane party. I am still laying in bed trying to recover from consecutive days of damage – my liver and my bank account took a beating haha! Today is my last day here, so I will see y’all in Montreal tomorrow!! I love it here, the weather is much warmer than out east & it was great to catch up with all of my friends. Check some random photos from my stay.

The place in the last photo is called the “New Amsterdam Cafe” and it’s just a regular cafe serving food and drinks – but if you bring your own weed, you can freely smoke there. It’s pretty fucking awesome.
Team Canada is now on a roll with a big win over the Russians. This was a very exciting game to watch, the entire team played great and the crowd was amazing. We are either going to play Sweden or Slovakia in the next game and then (hopefully) USA in the gold medal game. Go Canada!
Hockey Is Canada's Game.
I am so excited to fly to Vancouver tomorrow to be a part of the Olympics and experience the atmosphere in the city, it really looks incredible.
I woke up today really excited. Tonight, one of the most important hockey games of the winter Olympics will take place…. Canada vs. USA. I can’t wait to watch the game – regardless of who wins it will be GREAT hockey. Hopefully we come out on top! Go Canada!
Red.
I don’t really have anything exciting to post right now so yeah – there’s a random photo for of me – I’m wearing red all day to show my support! Oh also… I went to the Red Bull Thre3style DJ competition on Friday night and had A LOT of fun! I met some great people and really enjoyed the night. Wait until you see the photos and video! Craziness.
The 2010 Winter Olympic Games kicked off today in Vancouver, British Columbia so I figured I should probably acknowledge this – after all, I was born in Vancouver. The Olympics don’t really do much for me, but I have to say… I am totally STOKED to watch Team Canada play mens ice hockey. So yeah… how about some Canadian pride! Go Canada!
