Two of Toronto’s most talented DJs, P-Plus and Lissa Monet, have teamed up again to create Love Letters + Broken Hearts V. 2, their new mixtape. This 65 track project includes music from Trey Songz, Drake, Big Sean, and more. Click HERE to download.

In a collaborative effort with DJ Samantha Ronson, Supra presents the Lil’ Red Skytop II, which is constructed entirely of red, white and black leathers, features waxed black laces and comes with a custom Samantha Ronson hangtag. Only 413 of these limited-edition shoes were produced worldwide and they will be available on November 26th. I am personally not a fan of the DJ… but these shoes do look pretty dope.

In this two part interview, Al Lindstrom sits down with DJ A-Trak to discuss his independent label Fools Gold. In part one (below) A-Trak talks about how Fools Gold tows the line between an indie and major label. Click HERE to watch part two.
Cash Money recently just signed Cool & Dre as their new in house production team, and now it appears they are up to it again. Apparently they inked a deal with DJ Khaled earlier today. No word yet if they have signed him as a DJ or as an artist, but either way I do not support this. Y’all know by now that I am a huge fan of almost everything the Cash Money team does, but I consider DJ Khaled to be the most annoying person in hip hop. Here is a photo of him and Birdman on a yacht in Florida this afternoon. Let’s wait and see how this one unfolds. *UPDATE* It is now official.

Brodinski just released a new mixtape called Best of Everything and I had to post the cover artwork because it is just too epic. You’ve got to love how the electro DJ has embraced hip hop with this one! Click HERE to download.

Check out this very recent interview with A-Trak that was recorded at his own apartment.

I’ve known this dude Gommert Mes for many years since we both lived in Costa Rica together for a few while. He was in Montreal crashing at our place two weeks ago and mentioned that he was flying back down to Costa Rica to open for Tiesto at a huge party. I see him constantly listening to music to find the next hidden gem, so you’ve really gotta respect the hustle. Check some media from the event.
