Last night, 106 & Park dedicated their entire NYE special to the YMCMB camp. Viewers at home rang in the new year with performances from Lil Wayne, Birdman, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Cory Gunz, Tyga, Mack Maine and the rest of the army, better yet, the navy. Shout out to Rap-Up for posting some of the first photos I have seen of Lil Wayne since he was released from jail two days ago. These photos were taken last night in New Orleans at the Hornets vs. Heat basketball game, where Weezy was seated court side with Cash Money crew members Mack Maine, Birdman and Cortez Bryant.

Cash Money recently just signed Cool & Dre as their new in house production team, and now it appears they are up to it again. Apparently they inked a deal with DJ Khaled earlier today. No word yet if they have signed him as a DJ or as an artist, but either way I do not support this. Y’all know by now that I am a huge fan of almost everything the Cash Money team does, but I consider DJ Khaled to be the most annoying person in hip hop. Here is a photo of him and Birdman on a yacht in Florida this afternoon. Let’s wait and see how this one unfolds. *UPDATE* It is now official.

We all know that Birdman Jr. (Lil Wayne) has a black Bugatti Veyron, so it only make sense for Birdman to have one for himself. This is footage from the recent delivery of his brand new red coupe. Take a look at what $2.5 million can buy you. That’s a fucking fast car.

Lil Wayne is another one of my favorite rappers. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to blog about him very often due to the fact that he is currently in prison – meaning there isn’t much new material from him recently. However, you can read letters from him while he is locked up that somehow get posted on this website every so often. Weezy’s most recent letter is his thoughts on the power trio going to the Miami Heat.

The whole YMCMB crew was in Los Angeles a while back for the BET Awards weekend. Their official cameraman Derick G followed them around (mostly Birdman) to capture this footage. I don’t know what more to say. Just watch it.
