The Bun B bombardment continues with this recent interview done by Dee Vazquez. I really love the way she conducts these interviews, which are part of her PROFILE series. If you enjoyed this like I did, be sure to click HERE to watch all of her other ones.
Bun B keeps it so fucking real. Or should I say trill.
Bun B’s new album Trill O.G. was released in stores yesterday. I have been hyping this album for a while, and now you finally get to hear for yourself why. Although The Source (magazine) has not been very relevant for years, they did give this album 5/5 mics, making it a classic. This is the first album since 2005 to get the perfect score from them. Check the music video for the first single Countin’ Money featuring Gucci Mane and Yo Gotti.
Don’t miss my interview with DJ B-Do – the producer of this track.
Hip hop history was made last night in Toronto. Drake headlined the first annual Octobers Very Own Festival at the Molson Amphitheater. An event of this magnitude is rare in hip hop, not to mention it taking place in Canada of all places! Shout out to Drizzy for putting us on the map! Drake brought out special guests including Rick Ross, Fabolous, Young Jeezy, Eminem, Bun B, and Jay Z. Needless to say Drake has solidified his superstar status after this one. There is no need for further debate, so quit wasting your time haters. Click HERE for more video clips, and be sure to watch this one from when he brought Slim Shady on stage. Nothing will keep me from attending this next year.
Here’s a photo of Drake and I.
Bun B’s new album Trill O.G. is being release this Tuesday. This album will be an instant classic, and I already know that it won’t ever be leaving one of the six CD slots in my Range Rover. Features include Drake, Trey Songz, Tupac, Yo Gotti, Gucci Mane, T-Pain, Young Jeezy, Twista, Raekwon and Slim Thug. Make sure you support the artists and BUY this one. Check out this recent interview with Fader TV to hear all about the album from the man himself.
This is his 3rd solo studio album, therefor Trill O.G. is also a play on the word Trilogy. Get it?
I previously posted a video interview with my homie DJ B-DO – the guy who produced the hit single Countin’ Money on Bun B’s forthcoming album Trill O.G. (released August 3, 2010) – Yesterday he Tweeted these photos from the set of the official music video shoot. I thought y’all might like another behind the scenes look.

Gucci Mane and Yo Gotti are also on the track.
