As much as I do love shoes, I am by no means a sneaker head. Actually, this is probably only the second or third time I have ever made a post specifically about a shoe. This new video from Nike about the Air Force 1 is definitely worth sharing though. “Air Force 1: The Anatomy of an urban Legend” is a feature-length documentary about Nike’s Air Force 1, a 29-year old basketball shoe turned NYC style staple, turned cultural icon, turned global phenomenon.
I can still remember buying my first pair of Air Force 1′s when I was 12 years old at West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Alberta. They were white/red high tops. I was inspired to buy them by the Nelly song. HAHA!
